System Analyst

About Us

At New Dimension, we’re looking for young, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our IT team.  Qualified candidates will be working closely with the experts from Thailand’s leading Telecom company.

New Dimension is a fast-growing digital solution company, currently serving clients in telecom, banking, FMCG and automotive industries.

Job Descriptions

  • Analyze user’s requirements, prepare business flow and impact assessment prior to proposing solutions
  • Work closely with Programmer and Tester to deliver the works according to the given scopes and targeted deadline
  • Work in Scrum / Sprint mode with Daily Stand Up to update project progress
  • Prepare System Integration Test (SIT) and Version Control as assigned by the Project Manager
  • Actively participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) until the system Go Live. Work closely with user and relevant parties
  • Prepare Sprint Plan and breakdown tasks. Consolidate timesheet for Project Manager submission and review
  • Prepare document and manual for users’ training
  • Perform roles and responsibilities as assigned by Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Male or female, between 26-35 years old of age
  • Earned Bachelor or Master Degree from one of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Computer or any related fields
  • Possess a minimum of six (6) year experience in software development (in banking, marketing, CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Have an in dept knowledge in JAVA, HTML, CSS programming technologies
  • Have experience in data management: SQL Server, MSSQL and SQL Statement commands
  • Be a fast learner, self-taught, with positive personality (can do attitude) and hardworking individual. Must be able to work overtime when launching the project
  • Communicate well within the team and inter-department.  Highly responsible and able to lead a team of 8 members

Depends on the experience and skill level

Probationary Period

Three (3) months
